- Rooms facing the square have air-conditioning.
However, rooms with a seaview do not have air-conditioning as it is not necessary.

- Yes, all rooms have the same price. They are assigend according to availability and the date on which the reservation is made. Sea view is not guarenteed.

- The Hotel has parking places at the underground private garage and in the loading and unloading only area opposite to the main entrance.

- No, there is no safe place in the rooms, but there are at the Reception at the guests disposal.

- There is a cafeteria open during the day and a restaurant on the lower floor.
